About the Role

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager based in Philadelphia, PA, to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and light commercial construction projects. You will work closely with our design team, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across various locations

• Coordinate timelines, budgets, material procurement, and labor scheduling

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work aligns with plans and codes

• Communicate clearly with clients, resolving issues proactively and professionally

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is delivered on time and to AZTEK standards

• Track progress using project management tools and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to streamline workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in construction

• Strong understanding of residential or light commercial building processes

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret architectural and engineering plans

• Proficient in construction software and project tracking tools

• Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills

• Fluent in English; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in and around Philadelphia
